Reading Jesse Fewell's description of a Scrum Gathering, I was stuck be a few things.
- The notion that Project Managers are “commanders.” Too bad those using this concept haven't worked project were a “Real” PM was present.
- I'd be interested to hear how Tom Mellor – Project Leader at State Farm Insurance – connects the governance process of a regulated business with the “self organizing” processes of Scrum in the absence of some level of “Management.”
